This Privacy Policy explains how HuskyAi Consulting, a Herberg LLC company ("HuskyAi," "we," "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website, request a demo, or subscribe to HuskyAi Agent CRM (the "Service").
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, mobile phone number, business name, the products you sell, and anything you include in forms or messages to us.
- Account and billing information: login details and subscription status. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, IP address, and similar technical data collected through cookies and analytics tools.
- Communications: records of calls, texts and emails between you and us, including call recordings where disclosed at the start of the call.
How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and questions, and to provide, maintain and support the Service.
- To process subscriptions and bill monthly plan fees and usage charges.
- To send service, billing and account notices.
- To send marketing messages about our products where you have agreed to receive them.
- To improve the website and Service, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive calls (including autodialed and AI-voice calls) and text messages from HuskyAi Consulting about your demo request, account and related products. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and communications platform, payment processor, hosting, email and SMS delivery providers, bound to use it only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or to protect rights, property or safety.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of the business, subject to this policy.
Your customers' data
When you use the Service, you may upload or collect information about your own leads and clients. We process that data only to provide the Service to you.

Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under state law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
